Rocketts Landing, Richmonds new, luxurious urban neighborhood located on the James River, kicked off the 2009 holiday season with Jingle on the James. Co-presented by One smART Gallery, Jingle on the James turned the dynamic community into an eclectic art village perfect for holiday-themed entertainment. The inaugural festival featured:

James River Parade of Lights
In its 17th twinkling year on the river, the Parade of Lights is a unique display of decorated vessels that runs from Richmond to Henricus Historical Park in Chesterfield County. Boaters compete for prizes in categories such as best boater-chosen theme, originality, appearance and charm. Spectators can enjoy fantastic views of the parade from the banks of Rocketts Landing.

James River Ringers Bell Choir and Salvation Army Brass Band
Whats a holiday festival without the classic sounds of beloved holiday music? The James River Ringers serenaded festival attendees with handbell music while the Salvation Army Brass Band played holiday favorites.

RVA HoOp LOvers is Richmonds only troupe of hula-hoopers performing with LED-lighted hula-hoops. Their glowing performance was a brilliant display, adding an edgy twist to your holiday evening.

On day five the brick walkway is in and the irrigation has started!

We recently produced a film for James River Trade Exchange (website: JamesRiverTrade.com) to show how much fun their quarterly networking socials can be. The quick video we produced – actual video time: 2 hours – captures the set-up, arrival of guests, the many connections made and the overall enjoyment of the event. As you can see, the final product easily illustrates all of this in a brief and fun to watch video.

Time Lapse Photography enables us to provide businesses with a quick but powerful visual of their project or event. Time Lapse Photography can also be used to capture personal passions, home projects and family celebrations.

Brick pavers are being laid down for the new sidewalk.

This front yard will be transformed with a new brick paver walkway, plantings, irrigation, lighting and new sod. Check back for more updates and the time lapse we are shooting!
