Randolph-Macon College held a ground-breaking ceremony on Monday, October 25, 2010 in honor of the construction of a new residence hall. Andrews Hall, a residence for freshmen, is expected to be completed in August 2011.

R-MC President Robert R. Lindgren welcomed guests to the ground-breaking site, located near the football field on Henry Street. “This is a great day in the life of the college and the tangible beginning of a campus Renaissance that will make the quality of our facilities the equal of our wonderful academic programs,” said Lindgren. “Students often choose a college based on visual appeal and quality of life issues, and this beautiful new residence hall will be a major draw for the next generations of Randolph-Macon students, because it combines beauty with comfort and modern conveniences — all the things students are looking for.”

As we filmed this transformation, we took stills for later use by the Sportsplex PR department. When the time came for the grand opening, they were able to give all of the media a DVD with the movie and stills.

Converting to a better playing surface makes the Sportsplex and all-day and all-year stadium and a truly multi-sport home.

We recently produced a film for James River Trade Exchange (website: JamesRiverTrade.com) to show how much fun their quarterly networking socials can be. The quick video we produced – actual video time: 2 hours – captures the set-up, arrival of guests, the many connections made and the overall enjoyment of the event. As you can see, the final product easily illustrates all of this in a brief and fun to watch video.

Time Lapse Photography enables us to provide businesses with a quick but powerful visual of their project or event. Time Lapse Photography can also be used to capture personal passions, home projects and family celebrations.
